CANCELLATION POLICY

🩷 First-timers: If it’s your first time booking, please try to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for a consultation. If this is your first wax (or first time in a while): •Nervous is normal •You don’t have to be “ready”, just show up! Wax Baby is waxing for women who have been through some shit, not perfectionists. We move at your pace, we communicate, and we laugh when needed. 🩷 Extra Guests: No guests allowed in the waxing room unless they are a parent or guardian. 🩷 Rescheduling: You never need a novel-length explanation to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment please reach out to me or reschedule online 48 ​hours in advance. Simple. No worries! 🩷 Tardiness: Life happens. Traffic happens. Kids happen. Anxiety happens. If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible, if you will be more than 10 minutes late then you will need to reschedule your appointment. Why? Because your appointment runs into someone else’s, and we don’t play dominoes with people’s time here. 🩷 Late cancellation/no-show: I get it. Shit happens. Money gets tight. Mental health days are real. AND Wax Baby is still a business. If you cancel or no-show your appointment in less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to reschedule your appointment online. Any no-shows or late cancellations will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute changes may require prepayment to continue booking This keeps Wax Baby sustainable and able to continue being a safe space for everyone. 🩷 Appointment Confirmations: Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before your appointment or they will be automatically confirmed the following day. 🩷 Waxing Precautions: Doctor approval is needed if you are pregnant, have had any surgeries or body modifications ​within a year, or if you are diabetic. 🩷 Waxing Consent: If you are under the age of 18, verbal and written parental guardian consent is required for ​any waxing services. The parent or guardian also must be present for the service if you are ​under the age of 18. Your parent or guardian may give written permission for you to attend ​your waxing services without them present if you are between the ages of 16-17.
